HTTPS / TLS 1.3

TLS 1.3 (RFC 8446, 2018) is the latest version of the Transport Layer Security protocol, eliminating weak cipher suites from TLS 1.2 and reducing handshake round-trips. All modern web services must use HTTPS with TLS 1.3. TLS 1.0 and 1.1 are deprecated by all major browsers since 2020.
